“For $1.25, who can complain in 2021. The only one in the island at this price! Even less than the other military bases. We come every year and bring our own laundry products and change $. We come early, use the machines needed and PAU! This is 5 stars for us, convenient and super economical. Hope they keep and not try to renew and bring prices up. And the gate guards let in those that have access. Fine, they work here and need economical relief. Still paying for services and keeping place in operation. THIS IS GREAT 👍🤣”

“Very beautiful church with a small yet very welcoming congregation. Church was cool even though not AC'd. The Kidz Club held the following Tuesday afternoon was well organized plenty of activities for children of all ages. From art crafts board games physical activities like volley ball teether ball etc. They served a community dinner that rad good & seemed to be enjoyed by most. The kids all knew each other all apparently live next to the church. As with kids most were friendly while some were not as friendly & quite unwelcoming. This a well thought-out activity for children of all ages & had something for all to do.”

“This station has had 3 name changes in a short while. Used to be an Aloha station and it was changed to Chevron and most recently since the acquisition of Chevron by Island Energy Services, the station is being rebranded as a Texaco as of 5/31/17. IES did not upgrade the old pumps from Aloha as they have done for a number of their Chevron stations but the Palisades Minimart is clean and the staff friendly. They do not accept contactless payments (Android Pay, Apple Pay) at pump or in the convenience store.”

“Stopped at this unassuming shop for a drink and I'm so glad i did. Along with having freshly cut coconut they have some great spicy shrimp. Perhaps the best thing is the back of the shop is along a small river which has sea turtles along the banks. They offer kayaks and paddle boards for rent.. Great little stop to make when your going to the North shore.”
