“When I was working this seven eleven was my stop for coffee which was always fresh. I would pick up a pastry and I was set for the thirty plus mile commute to work. If I still needed breakfast I would grab one of their cold sandwiches which were always tasty. Store was always clean. Staff was always friendly and efficient. “We decided to go here for dinner based on the previous reviews. We didn't regret it. Location: This restaurant/bar is located upstairs. The stairs to the restaurant are located smack dab in the middle of the building in the front. The view of the sun setting and the waves across the street from here is beautifully calming. Ambiance: We were greeted as soon as we walked in and informed that we could pick a table. The inside was clean and very calm. It wasn't too busy. Food: It was amazing! The Nachos were fresh and the beef and cheese and sour cream were delicious! The Staxx burger was moist and delicious. You could taste the pepper jack cheese and the pattie was sooooo juicy! The bun was super soft! Loved it! I also got the Garlic Tater tots and as soon as the food came to the table you could smell the Garlic. It was delicious! They did not skimp on the garlic! So crunchy too! My husband got the Shrimp and steak plate and his food was delicious! Service: Again the waitress was really friendly when we arrived. The reason for the 4 stars was one of the waiters had come over to ask us if we needed anything. We asked for a fork and some sauce and the waiter never came back lol It wasn't crowded and I think the waiter just forgot. We loved the food and the other service so we didn't mind. Price: For the amount of food we got. We didn't mind that it was a little bit pricey. It was worth it. Definitely adding this to our favorite places for dinner dates. Overall: If you haven't tried this place, definitely go try it!”

“The combo shrimp plate was right around $20 which is a price you’d only expect to pay in Hawaii. It’s worth the experience as it’s not something you’d spend on the mainland. There are several shrimp trucks along the road but this one is great. There wasn’t a long line and there are tables to sit down. I enjoyed the famous garlic shrimp and coconut shrimp plate and liked that it came with a small salad and a piece of pineapple.”

“We were there two days ago and it was rainy so hard that the traffic was so bad. The time we scheduled was supposed to be leaving at 5pm. When we arrived, Julian arranged the appropriate horses (we all know it was a bad weather and horses can be not feeling like to work some days). She was very patient and taught us how to control the horses before we leave. It was interesting to know each horse has different personalities and they could be “like middle schools” to take care of. We were not expecting to have the whole riding trail anyways as we arrived later than expected, but Julian brought us to the seaside to take photos before it got dark. And we did finish the whole trip. I love the way how the whole team was flexible enough to take us to the whole trip and work closely to make it work for us. Definitely a yes, I’d come back again. 🤗”

“What a special place. Quiet, well-kept, yoga pavilion, on the beach, beautiful sunsets, delightful morning swims before setting out to explore the rest of the area. Greg, and his wife, Annie were always helpful and friendly. The housekeeper also added to the positive vibe. In addition to a clean bungalow, she brought us flowers, shared her knowledge of local birds, and showed us where we could do laundry (note, pack less - do laundry). So well situated, we took a break from the car and rented bikes. Easy bike access to food trucks, grocery store, Shark’s Cove, and so many beaches.”

Having this store do close to home I know many people in our community puts use to this store so many of my friends go in and out several times a week ! The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because 1) most workers have no clue what their talking about or selling 2) several employees on multiple occasions had me waiting til they were done with their personal calls or didn't talk to me during my transaction because they wouldn't get off the phone 3) they talk about really inappropriate things on the phone loudly so everyone in the store hears. Basically in general they should have some kind of education program so their workers know what their selling and they need classes on customer service”

“We went on a two-tank shore dive at Shark’s Cove yesterday and it was one of the best dives we have ever been on. We saw multiple eels, sea turtles, and most of our small group saw a white-tip shark. The Cathedral swim through was so beautiful and it was fun swimming through the various lava tubes. I was a little hesitant at first, but then it was really fun and mesmerizing. Julian was our dive master and he was the nicest and most accommodating dive master we have dived with. He was always making sure that we were comfortable, explained everything we would be seeing, and even helped us find our camera when it got lost. I had a hard time regulating, as my ears were giving me some issues. He made sure I was okay and kept the dive very relaxed and was so helpful. I felt very comfortable the whole time. I cannot recommend Hawaii Eco Divers enough! 100% worth it! Thank you, Julian and Hawaii Eco Divers.”
