Bath Planet did an excellent job from start to finish. The work was started on time and finished on time. Communications during the time were great. An old tub was replaced as well as flooring and all the finishing touches. Ramon and Mike were excellent. I am really happy with the results. I would recommend Planet Bath any time.

Sometimes remodeling can present challenges that may appear after the job is complete. How those issues are handled tells you a lot about the people you chose to do business with. Bob, the owner of Bath Planet has always been available, and done exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it.... and in todays world, that is a rare and valuable commodity. As a previous business owner, I appreciate that more than I can express. I would fully recommend any products or services that Bath Planet / Apple Plumbling offer that you may wish to engage.

Contractors these days are difficult to trust. Doing business with Bath Planet, however, was utterly stress free. The company and its representatives are so professional and attentive. Their finished product? Nothing short of a miracle. They demolished the most hideous shower I've ever seen and replaced it with a shower you only see in those fancy-pants Pinterest or Instagram postings. In other words, it's perfect. I would live in it if I could. Everyone I met was so pleasant and knowledgeable. They even put up with my two overly-enthusiastic dogs. On the plumbing side, I got a new water heater, a water softener, a rebuilt toilet (yes, quite exciting), a new outdoor faucet, and new washing machine pipes (not the official term, I know). The plumbers also pointed out a serious problem with my furnace that I need to fix. I have already recommended Bath Planet to my friends. A huge thank you to everyone who helped me (including the office staff who are amazing). You all are the best!!

I would recommend the entire team at Bath Planet. Bob is very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. We had to have an outside company do the demo (asbestos) which made it a little more complicated but process went well. Our installers were very professional and excellent at communicating. We love our new shower and so thankful we went with Bath Planet to complete it.
