The biggest credit union in Idaho and you guys give out a bunch of same colored tootsie rolls at the 4th of July parade. Boise Pest control outshined you guys with handfuls of street paving mixed candy AND a giant possum. We expected better.

Good branch, nice people. Take the time and go to ALL of the notification settings on your app and make sure you’re getting all categories of push notifications. And get the separate app Card Control. This might come as a huge “duh” for everyone else, but I thought turning general notifications on in the app and all the notifications on in my settings for the ICCU app would be enough to keep on top of my account.
It isn’t. Heads up.

The best credit union/bank I have ever experienced. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental, down-to-earth people who just want to help you and your finances. User friendly banking app and the best damn customer service any bank has to offer. Thank you for existing ICCU!

ICCU is great. The employees have always been friendly and helpful for me. This new location on Vista is convenient for me as well. It seems that many of ICCU's customers have not discovered this new location yet, so it is not as busy as some others, especially on the first/last days of weeks and months. This will change, but for now it means I am in and out even faster when I need to be.
