i was nervous to start counseling back in 2020, i was nervous because i’ve heard multiple stories about how counselors don’t really care all that much. but when i met with lisa, i felt really safe and she connected with me on a personal level. i was comfortable to talk about my problems and even the silly ones. i told my friends about her and now they have seen her and she’s helped them also. she recommended me neurofeedback and it helped a lot, it calmed my anxiety and made me more focused. the nice thing is that i haven’t been to the office in a while and i haven’t used all my sessions of neurofeedback but i can go back anytime when i think i need to do another session. lisa has helped me alot with coming out of my shell and organizing my problems, she’s the best!
