Polite customer service! Setting up the contract was well timed, and smoother than any other storage rentals I’ve come across.
Manger made things clear and showed me the unit to make sure it was all in good standing with what I needed.

Despite new changes to my schedule for the day, (during the time I was renting the unit) the mod Chase, worked with me to help me get things together with ease.

Unit is in good used condition, lot is clean and well maintained.

Five stars because I fell like they will have my back while renting from them.

Just did a transfer to a larger unit with Chase, was quick and painless. This storage facility is nice and clean. I have been here a year with them and appreciate the care they have for their customers and units.

This was my first time trying to rent a unit for some semi-temp storage purposes. I made mistakes on the online form and Tony not only got it all straightened out, he made the rest of the process as smooth and painless as I think it could get. So far I'm super impressed and happy to use Extra Space!
