“We spoke to Manny originally a few months ago while we were having our regularly scheduled maintenance in the service department, as we had 7-months left on our Honda Lease. I was provided a quote on the phone and when I showed up to have them look the car over and select a color for the new top, Chip told me that since we had talked he had found the same top for a cheaper price, which reduced the original quote. He could have easily left the quote for the original amount and made more profit by not saying anything about finding a cheaper price for the top.
