(May 9, 2020, 2:38 pm)We are helping my in-laws relocate from California to Idaho, and we needed a comfortable place to sleep for the night since we'd been traveling for days with our almost 3 year old. When entering the lobby, you can tell that it is a very well kept hotel. We were greeted by Delilah, who was very efficient and friendly. We checked in and headed straight to our room. Unfortunately there were a few issues with our room, but when we down to let her know, she immediately changed rooms for us. We had a great nights sleep, beds were comfortable, pillows were not floppy and actually kept their shape, and they were ever so gracious to give us a discount for the inital inconvenience. We were in no way expecting anything since the issues were so quickly and efficiently resolved. If you are in the downtown Boise area and need a place to stay, please consider the Red Lion Inn & Suites Boise Airport. They have a great staff and very comfortable beds. Thank you Delilah for the great service, and thank you to the manager Tracey for training your staff so well!
(March 4, 2020, 1:16 pm)Nice, clean hotel! Staff was super friendly! LOVE that they allow pets and are very friendly towards pets! They were always excited to see my boy and talk with you! Will definitely stay again if needed and will recommend to friends!! Thanks so much for the great hospitality!
