Cost Less Storage

Overall good experience. No complaints. Reasonably priced. Easy to work with. Julie at front desk is very helpful and communication with her is a breeze. 😀

This place is great. 24 hour access. management very friendly. Prices are very competitive

We were with Cost Less for almost 16 years. Never met the owner but Julie and Hal were great managers. They always treated us fairly and kept a good eye on our rig for any anomalies I.e. flat tire, torn and blown away RV cover,etc. and always enjoyed the doggie love from all their pups. If we ever get another rig they will be the first ones we call. Oh and thanks for the rocks ;>)

Why is this place only 3 and half stars?? This is a safe secure family owned and operated business. Not a chain store not a conglomerate. The gentleman the operates this process also runs others he cares about his customers and will do right by them ALWAYS. If People are complaining about this business it's because they didn't get what they WANTED. They've had a waiting list for years. You don't get that if they're just some run of the mill company. There's a reason why this facility has a waiting list and why their customers come back to rent from them over and over again. They beat any price on a comparable unit if they have the space, state of the art security (really). The on site manager has been there for YEARS. Other companies have shady practices, but I only EVER had good dealings with the manager AND owner. I would strongly recommend them. Peace of mind people. Peace of mind.
