(July 30, 2019, 5:33 pm)Joana, well what you have is someone special with great knowledge and great customer service, i can not count how many times I've reached out to her for questions, helps, or concerns about my policy, she has always been there with answers or had answers for whatever question asked. 5 stars more like 10 stars. No other insurance rep i would rather deal with than her she is awesome... Thank you Joana for all your help..the BEST!!!!
