Everyone at TriTown is simultaneously knowledgeable and warm. They offer a wealth of expertise to professionals and novices alike. Travis helped me ascertain if a used bike would be a good purchase, Dom invited me to join the Women of TriTown and Antonio dialed in a precision bike fit for me. I’ll always patronize my local small business whenever possible and TriTown is a favorite. Glad they’re here!

This is my go-to shop for repairs or maintenance on our E-bikes. I had a tire blow. They got to it quickly. Suggested I rotate the tires. Never thought about that on a bike. But a great idea considering these are the original tires with nearly 6,000 miles on them and the rear tire wears a bit faster. The bike wasn't shifting well and rarely would go into 8th gear. The rest of the gears seemed to drag. I had the shop where I bought the bike try to fix this and they failed. Tri Town nailed it. The bike has never shifted better. They also noticed one of the brakes was dragging a bit and took care of it. Great people, professional, honest and do outstanding work. Thanks!

I have used Tri Town for bike maintenance (full tune-up), gear purchases (seat, aerobars), case rental (for checking a bike). Every time they have been helpful, considerate, and focused on doing the right thing. I had a slight tuning issue after the full tune-up, they fixed it, and discussed just how much to tweak if I needed to adjust on my own. I have used them for 2 years now and will continue to.

Before working here, this was my shop of choice (this is my 3rd review for Tri Town). What originally drew me to Tri Town was the friendly/knowledgable staff, quality products, and the racing focus of the shop. I love working with Antonio, Dom, Travis, Tom, and Ben.
