(January 6, 2020, 11:41 am)Working with Aaron was an absolute delight. I was house shopping from another state and he made the process totally seamless. He took my mom out looking at houses before I came to town so that we could eliminate a few on my list. By the time that I was in Boise, we had narrowed it down to just a handful of houses for Aaron to show me, and I made a decision by the third home we viewed. I believe that it only took 20 days from the date I found the house until closing. We could have closed even sooner if the purchasers of the house I was selling hadn't needed an extension on a 45-day sales agreement. Too bad they weren't working with Aaron!
(December 9, 2019, 9:45 pm)Aaron was instrumental in us buying a house while we were still overseas. He listened to our needs and recommended homes based thereon. We must’ve given him whiplash multiple times from our constant changes in types of homes and locations, yet he took it all in stride. He showed us over a dozen homes via FaceTime before we settled on one. When we showed interest in new construction, he arranged showings for several homes by the same builder so we could get a feel for the style and quality. Aaron was courteous, patient, professional, friendly, and honest. We will not hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him to others. Thank you!

(July 6, 2019, 4:36 pm)After moving back to Boise, we rented for nearly 4yrs waiting and looking for our dream house while house prices continued to increase. We hired Aaron who somehow found us our "forever home" at the right price. The idea of buying a house had always freaked me out, but Aaron made the experience super low stress and kept us informed and updated throughout the process. Working with Aaron is one of the best choices we've ever made. Super grateful for his help, and our home.
