(August 22, 2017, 6:33 pm)I have been working out here with Jessica every weekday since April 2017 and it's exactly the type of concept which has forced me to stick with a long term fitness plan. Working out with a personal trainer every single session forces me to not wimp out which happens easily if I go to a gym by myself. Totally worth it!
