Utility Trailer Sales of Boise

The service department here made some mistakes when I first had them work on my trailer and when I called them out on it they were more then fair about correcting the issue we had and took care of me immediately when I was able to get back to them. I originally left them a bad review but after talking with them and working things out I am more then happy to come back and recommend them to others. We all make mistakes but the way we handle them and come back from them says a lot and Utility definitely took care of me.

I don't know if I was lucky but they were little first than normal

Toby and all the staff at the service and parts department here are doing a great job!! I came in Friday 10/23/2020 first thing in the morning with a couple issues with my Carrier reefer unit and Utility trailer. They got it done for me same day and charged me fair prices on all the work performed.
They have a great parts shop with basically anything you will need.
This will definitely be one of my new “go to” shops at the top of my list for service work!!
