I appreciated her time building rapport, getting to know me as a person and a patient. She answered all my questions without me feeling rushed and showed genuine care and concern. This was my first visit and we were establishing care. I absolutely loved Dr. Hofstetter. She was exceptionally engaging, friendly, listened intently, responded to and validated my concerns, and provided understandable feedback and explanations. I agreed with all her assessments and ideas and plans going forward. Also it was a very quick and efficient appointment, but I never felt rushed.

Dr. Hofstetter was professional but warm. She was genuinely interested in what I had to say, answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand and made me feel heard.
