Eastside Cycles

I bought a road bike from this outfit in 2012 when I retired. They have been great with service and attention to the details. The staff are all very knowledgeable and attentive. I cannot praise this team any higher.

After going in and talking to the crew today, I honestly can't think of anything negative about the shop. Good job and tanks for taking care of my bikes.

There aren’t enough stars to rate how highly Eastside Cycles serves its customers. Every time I have been into the shop, I have learned something that helps me get more out of my bike or helps me care for my bike. Every person who works at Eastside will listen to what you want and then break down options in a way that instills confidence in your choice. I wish I would win the lottery so I could get them a bigger space in Bown Crossing ... the world needs more businesses like Eastside.

Very knowledgeable staff, they were able to my Fox Float CTD. They had it rebuilt and replaced the broken damper, saving me hundreds of dollars not having to replace the shock. It works great now! These guys are helpful and friendly.

What an absolutely wonderful experience! I just started riding again after many years, so brought in my bicycle thinking I probably needed a new one. Karen, who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, took time with me to look over my bike and explain what needed to be set up correctly to make it safe, and fit me better, and then Patrick (one of the shop's mechanics) came out and made those adjustments for me. Karen also helped me find a helmet that fit correctly to replace my old one. I so appreciated the time they both spent, and the way they listened to me. I also am impressed that they did not try to sell me a new bicycle, but instead helped me make my existing one work better. Karen also encouraged me in taking up cycling again, and gave me some riding tips to get me on track. What a great store! What great people!!
