I love the owners here, they are always there when I need them at the drop of a hat (and sometimes, that happens). I can phone them up on short notice and if they can't accommodate me immediately, they make it possible for me to get in with a little bit larger of a unit. They are so accommodating, I have used Columbia Village Storage and a few occasions and they never let me down! They are so kind, friendly, caring, and compassionate, and...UNDERSTANDING! “Regency Columbia Village is the best Memory Care in and around Boise. My great uncle lives there and he so well taken care of. He is so happy and myself and family are so happy with all the staff. We have never had an issue with any staff member there. If we have a concern we know we can email, call or stop by and talk to Angie the Executive Director and she will make us feel better instantly. “I’d driven past this place maybe a hundred times, and I always told myself I’d go one day, and I finally did. Lots of variety in the menu, we were pretty happy! We definitely thought the value was great for how much food we were getting! We ordered a large fry, assuming it would be the right amount for me and my friend to share, but I think we only managed to eat half of it because of the sheer amount of fries we were given. The entrees we got were pretty well-sized too. It was amazing. The milkshakes are great as well, you can combine two flavors with no extra cost, so we got an Oreo cheesecake shake and were blown away by how good the combination was. I feel like this is the type of place where you could make it a game to try different flavor combinations. Definitely coming back!”
