Frank G, our FloHawk Septic Serviceman did an excellent job on Septic Pump Out. We were slightly late returning to our house, and he never fussed at all about our lateness. Due to a wrist injury, I had been unable to clear the bush covering the Septic Hatch Cover. I had the tools but was not able to do that part of the job. Frank stepped in and cleared the area in about 2 minutes. That clearing allowed unfettered access to the hatch which allowed Frank to get in and complete the Septic pump out of our tank in just minutes. By the way, if you’re thinking about having FloHawk install a Riser and Hatch Cover over the pump out hatch on your septic tank, I highly recommend doing that. The pump out is so much easier when you don’t have to disrupt the surface area above your Septic System (front yard, in our case). In Summary, FloHawk handled both of our last two Septic Pump Outs and did a superb job both times! I told Frank if he finds folks who would like a 3rd opinion on FloHawk services, please give them my contact info and I’ll be happy to provide info on my experience. My experience here pretty much sucks..but considering how rude people out here on the KP are I thing Beth does a pretty good job maintaining her cool..she pretty much holds this place together...I cant imagine how difficult her job is..she is always there...always working...
I sure do wish the mail carrier would stop dumping her ashtray out in the neighborhood.
