Wilner and O Reilly is awesome! JJ and Lourdes were extremely helpful the entire process and answered every question we had. The confidence we had about the whole process because of their help was worth every penny! Couldn’t recommend them more!

This firm gave me a sense of confidence that everything would be submitted correctly. I was given advice when I requested it. There are unexpected costs for copies and shipping. The only thing I would suggest is that they provide formal advice of the documentation expected by the government well in advance of when the government sends a request for the documentation. Receiving the advice at the same time the government sends the requirements is not helpful. Overall, helpful, happy and friendly, but I felt I was sliding home at the last minute desperately gathering information when it could have been advised formally earlier. A recommendation for professional translators would be extremely helpful

My wife and I recently submitted our paperwork to USCIS for review and we could not have done it without the help of the immigration lawyers at Wilner & O'Reilly. Our case is being handled by J.J. Despain and our case planner is Scott Rojo. Both have been great and have supported me and my wife through this long and arduous process. Scott has been working very closely with us and he has promptly responded to every question me and my wife had. He made sure we had all our documents in order and made us feel as though we were his one and only case, though I am sure he had many others. When I found out he was handling our case while he was studying for the BAR exam, I was blown away! Scott Rojo has been amazing to work with, He goes above and beyond for the people on his cases.
