(June 5, 2020, 10:41 pm)They fixed my Kirby that I inherited from my mom in bad shape. They cleaned it and replaced numerous parts, including new headlight, roller, belt, bags, power cord and something that was damaged in the turbine all for under $300! Kirby service center in Ohio wanted $350 and cost of shipping to and from without all the replacement parts! They had a reasonable turn around time of about a week and it's as good as new and you know how expensive they are! But they are worth it!
