My husband and I are building a home in NV. The local fireplace supplier couldn't be bothered and told our builder he could not get our chimney pipe for 8 to 10 weeks, which would have delayed our build. We called Brian and he was very responsive. Brian made the extra effort to make some calls and was able to locate all of the pipe and additional parts we needed. Although we had to make two trips to ID, we were able to get all the chimney parts we needed in four weeks. Thanks for the extra effort Brian!

Brian installed our new wood burning insert in 2012. He was very patient as we looked at fireplaces and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. our fire place has been flawless from the first day. Brian personally installed it for us and did a great job! Since that day I have referred him to my mother, and two of my sisters. They have been very happy with him and with their fireplaces. My mother bought 2 fire places from Brian, one free standing, wood burning fireplace and one gas burning insert fireplace. One of my sisters bought a free standing wood burning fireplace and my other sister bought an insert wood burning fireplace. Both were very happy with Brian. We are planning a new home in the near future and we will be using Brian again to meet our fireplace needs. He is a great choice for service and quality above and beyond.

In the past 6 years I've purchased 3 fireplaces from Fireplace Wholesale. In our first home, we purchase a gas fireplace and installed it ourselves. I read the negative review from the guy who demanded an invoice in what seemed like an unrealistic time frame from installation to billing.
