My therapist really helped me through a lot of things that I was experiencing, and really helped me shape my life in a much more positive aspect. The front office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely worth it.

The team at Highland Springs have been amazing! The atmosphere is soothing, and the staff is friendly. I had some difficulty with my insurance needing an obscene amount of paperwork in order to pay them, and the team did it ALL for me. I don’t know a single other office that would have focused so hard on jumping through those hoops so that the financial burden could be lifted from me. Incredible!

Add to that, the quality of their counselors is high. Tracy has been amazing! Therapy is never “easy”, but Tracy makes it as painless as humanly possible. I’ve recommended her highly to anyone I know who’s thought about going to counseling.

I stated at HSSC as an Admin. Assistant in late Oct. and have learned so much about the benefits of good mental health services the last few months. We have some amazing and caring therapists here that are dedicated to their clients. I am so fortunate to work for a clinic that is dedicated to providing quality mental health services to the Boise metro area.

As a former employee I can personally attest to the quality of the staff. Never before have I worked amongst such remarkable individuals who go up and beyond each day to provide exceptional service and care. The director of the clinic, Katie, is amazing and works diligently in growing HSSC into a trusted and valued clinic in Boise. The Boise community is extremely lucky to have such a needed and well run service.
