Original installation of Natural Gas Barbie was not done well.
Finally found Brian to adapt it (as I was nervous about anything to do with gas). He was super knowledgeable, fast, thorough and tidy! What a find!

We bought a gas stove on clearance from Lowes a few years back and finally got around to installing it after a family room remodel. Brian at Gas Products put me in touch with an installer to run the gas line. This installer was quite a bit cheaper than the larger HVAC companies I also had quote the job.

Turns out the stove had a problem that would prevent it from lighting. The manufacturer could not be less helpful. After finally determining possible defective parts I talked with Brian about repairing the stove. He let me know if I brought the stove in to the shop it would save me a fair amount as his shop rate was cheaper than a service call.

Brian determined what part was preventing the gas from flowing and got it installed. We got the stove to light and as luck would have it the remote receiver malfunctioned. After unsuccessfully dealing with the stove manufacturer again I was able to locate a replacement part.

Brian installed this part and the stove is fully operational. The repair charge was exactly what Brian told me it would be at the beginning. I could not be happier and would encourage anyone that is thinking about a gas or pellet stove to visit Brian at Gas Products.
