Amalia was super kind to remake the drink that was previously made incorrectly. Courteous staff and very good drinks. Recommended.

They seem to be out of quite a few of there pastries just before noon. This isn't a one time incident it is continual. Not eveyone work the day sift. It'd be nice if one could get a pastry with there coffee even though it is noon. The customer service is generally good, even though i havecasked and mentioned it several times. The barestas are good pushers of whatever food they have left never any of the sweet. The atmosphere seems to be good for catching up on the laptop. Meeting a friend for a noon pick me up and a sweet if they weren't out. I keep coming back the coffee is good service is fair but I'd really dig a pastry.They're lemon poppy seed muffin or their blueberry lemon scone would be awesome to purchase one around noon. Just an idea

Wow! I just stopped in while visiting from out of town and this place feels so cozy! Modern building with free Wi-Fi and EXCELLENT coffee. I ordered the Caramel Blondie which was very tasty and prepared by very friendly staff. They sell some small breakfast items as well if you’re a bit hungry, but I did not try anything in that aspect. They also sell K-Cups of their coffee if you’re interested. I will definitely make another stop in tomorrow to sit back and relax for a bit. Highly recommended!!

It is hard to find a good coffee shop in this area and so I was pleased to find Black Rock. I definitely recommend it. The staff is excellent and the drinks are sublime. I had the best lemon poppyseed muffin I think I have ever had. I also stayed for well over an hour and it was a great place to get some work done.
