  Hi Last year between Christmas and New Year.
  The shop was closed, not only did the owners
  come down and open up to give me a used boat
  I had bought. They took the time to go thru the
  entire boat and answer my questions.
  They had previously told me that the boat had a relatively new engine which it did. What they hadn’t told me was all the other service they had done on the boat. They had gone thru the pump and put new steering cables on the boat.
  I was finally able to use the boat yesterday.
  It preformed flawlessly.
  I own a 4&1/2 star Auto Parts store, I know
  the importance of a happy satisfied customer.
  Idaho Marine has certainly made me that customer. They own and deserve their 4&1/2
  Star rating. Congratulations!!
  I feel certain you will be treated the same way.
  I certainly will continue to rely on their expertise
  and look forward to dealing with them in the
  future.

  Bought new boat from Idaho marine
  Excellent service, very friendly
  Fair prices, gave me great advice when I was thinking of adding things to the boat that were not smart on my part. Family operation, I like to keep my money local.

  You have many choices when it comes to boats, but you can't beat the quality of service provided by Idaho Marine. I purchased my boat back in 2015, they have helped me every step of the way. I continue to do business with Idaho Marine because their service is quality, and their people skills is beyond what anyone else can offer you.
  
  I look forward to doing business with Idaho Marine for years to come. It has been great for family, friends and myself.

  Purchased my second boat from Idaho marine and couldn't be happier.

  1. Louise Bird took the time to help me register a boat that I had not bought from her business. She validated the serial number on my boat and made several calls to clear up a mistake that Washington State had done on the title. Meaning, the serial number on my boat did not match the serial number on my title. The state of Washington had added an additional letter to the title. Louise cleared it all up and I was able to register my boat in the State of Idaho.
  
  2. In the past, I have gone to all of the boat stores in Caldwell, Nampa, and Boise looking for parts for my other and or current boats. They have more parts "on hand" than all of the other stores I have gone to. And if they do not have the parts on hand, they will order them in a timely manner.
  
  3. Great customer service! They will have my business from now on!
