Joshua gave me and my daughter great service. Joshua went above and beyond to help me and my daughter hook up her new phone and gave us a lot of helpful information. I have been to other metro stores and this store had the best customer service by far. The employees were friendly, welcoming and attentive to our needs

I can’t remember the girls name who helped me but she was working March 19th at around 1 pm
She was awesome! I went to 3 other stores that told me my phone download issues were a phone problem that I needed to go to the apple store fix. Or that there wasn’t room on my cloud, or various other reasons so they didn’t have to deal with it.
She suggested backing up my old phone again and factory resetting the new one.
It worked. I have everything. Great customer service!!

Walked in to get a phone and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store for there amazing customer service and courtesy!
