This is not usually the location I use, but after today I will return solely based on my experience with Mary. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. She moved people through with lightening speed while still maintaining friendly conversation, and she was able to save me a few dollars by recommending the best way to ship something! I noticed that she even greeted some of the "regulars" by name when they walked in. A true example of exceptional customer service.
5/1/23 Update: Mary has retired - good for her! Tim is there now and I had an excellent experience with him as well. Something is going right at this post office. I still go out of my way to do business here.
