  Originally was head down to the location closest to Vista Del Sol/Joe Battle where Christina helped my sister and I out. We weren’t able to find a unit to accommodate our needs at this location so Christina was so kind to help us find a more suitable unit available at another location closest to Pebble Hills/Joe Battle. Here, we met Deanna who took care of us and helped us find a unit. Both ladies were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you ladies for all your help, you’ve made mine and my sisters move that much smoother!

  We originally went to the location on Joe Battle and Vista Del Sol where we were helped by Christina. She showed us the spaces available, but unfortunately there wasn't the size we wanted. So she referred us to the location by Maribel Chavez and we were assisted by Deanna. She was super helpful and informative. Answered all questions we had and made the process smooth and simple. Would definitely recommend both locations, the managers are both wonderful!

  Virginia was extremely helpful in cutting my lock off my storage rental. She took the time to reassure me that I was not the only one who has lost a key.

  I'm really happy with the service and knowledge they have, there super friendly. Very helpful in all ways. It's a safe and secure storage place. I think that there is no other place like this. It's awesome!

  As a repeat customer, I’ve used extra space storage for the last six years and I love them. The customer service is like non other and the facilities are always very clean. My latest unit located at 2250 Joe Battle Blvd is in a great location from my residence. Maggie and JoAnne quickly addressed my concerns without me having to ask. I also like the fact that I was able to reserve a unit online and get an online discount. I would recommend this place to anyone.
  UPDATE: I’m getting prepared for yet another move and the move out process was so convenient as always. Once again, Maggie provided exceptional customer service. She’s always so kind. If you’re ever in the need of a storage unit check out their online deals first. Should I need another storage unit where I’m relocating, I will go with Extra Storage again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
