Crunch Fitness - Meridian

I love going to this gym. Has everything from weights to different machines, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and so much more! Plus the day care is great if you got kids! All for a good price!! Friendly people! Not that many people not as busy as most gyms get crowded.

Trained here on and off for many, many years. Crunch has given it a much needed update since it was the athletic club. Decently equipped for strength or cross training. I don't use a ton of machines, but I wish there were a few more options for leg training.

So far so good! Staff is very friendly and this gym is not intimidating for beginners. They have dumbbells that go up to 150 which is pretty cool, some of the machines are out dated and not super sturdy.
I am a little turned off by the fact the pool is not available to members most afternoon and early evenings due to the gym ‘renting out’ the pool to outside organizations. It would have been nice to know that when getting the tour and signing up. Overall a good gym for getting fit I believe they offer classes and training but I have not used those services yet.
Tanning beds are a nice touch and are not much more money to have included in your membership.
