They custom designed me and my wife's wedding bands. Came out amazing. Always great service and have taken excellent care of us. Lost a diamond from my ring a few years in, they replaced it no charge in just a few days. Highly recommended 👍💯

Lance was extremely helpful and worked hard to make sure the diamond we chose was perfect not only in quality but also in price. He not only alleviated the stress in a difficult situation, he bent over backwards to make sure every aspect of the purchase of the diamond, the repair of the setting and finishing off the ring was a pleasant and positive experience. Okay I'm going to write a long review, but in short I have had amazing experiences in custom made product, minor and major jewelery repair.

Custom: without getting into nerdy specifics, my husband knew he needed to propose with a blue feather. What I didn't expect was for him to make a custom necklace. White gold in a perfect feather shape that he worked with the team until he was satisfied with the shape. Then a bunch of tiny diamond and sapphires. The gems actually didn't cost much at all. It was amazing and I love it and wear it wherever I can. I can't wear it at my work, so I got a tattoo of the exact shape of my necklace when I can't wear it.

Minor repair: Over eight years ago, I had inherited my grandmother's wedding and engagement ring to use as my own. It was a platinum ring set. Because it was so old, I had it looked at in the mall at one of the jewelery shops. The stones were loose, and on the wedding band two of the small diamonds were cracked. They (the mall) told me they would have to replace the diamonds, send it out of building for repair, and the white gold touch up would need to be removed and replaced with platinum because it would bubble in the repair process. They(the mall) quoted me over $800. Since Daimonds was where my necklace was made, I thought to get their second opinion. They told me you don't have to replace the white gold because it would only bubble if you did it wrong, and only one of the diamonds needed to be replaced. The quote? $115.

Major repair: recently my family member with a similar ring to mine just in white gold was in an accident where they had to cut off their ring. It looked like a horseshoe. When their hand had healed, it needed a size increase. I knew where to go. There was a significant size increase due to the injury so that would take more material. Only $110 and they quoted a week but was done in two days.

These people are amazing. They added two birthstones to my engagement ring, representing my son and daughter. They then restored the garnet in the same ring to its original luster. I am so pleased. Erin is so sweet and very helpful. Diamonds is a trustworthy company. Bravo!!

This wonderful store has fabulous employees! They have made two custom pieces for me, from antique heirlooms, that are not only beautiful but made with such care, beyond what I expected. Everyone I had the pleasure of working with took time to make sure I was pleased and took extra time to handle my pieces meticulously. They also resized a fifty year old ring and spent extra time checking the stone's settings and repairing them. Something I forgot to ask them to do. I consider the people who work here the best I have ever worked with.
I have since had another piece made by this wonderful store. It is beautiful!! Again, the employees are the best. I will continue to work with them. No other jeweler I have worked with has been as great as Diamonds.
