(June 3, 2020, 10:33 pm)My wife and I contacted Shelby for an appointment. I was so frustrated with my existing phone and phone plan. She was amazing. She was very patient and helpful. She was also able to accommodate our 4 year with special needs with a store tablet. She took care of 3 of our phones and all of our info. The best costumer service we have experienced. Thank you so very much.

She was helpful, extremely friendly and went above and beyond with helping us! I would recommend using this location to anyone who has T-Mobile as their carrier. I will definitely be going back! Thank you Shelby and the other guys, I really do appreciate everything you did for us! ?
