(August 11, 2020, 10:04 am)I ordered 2 sizes of letters for my business. Jenni made a couple of adjustments for me & they arrived EXACTLY as I ordered. I then painted & added resin to the top. They are really stunning. I highly recommend Craft Cuts & I will definitely be ordering from them again.

(February 17, 2020, 10:27 am)Excellent company! I needed help from their "custom" department and Jenni was extremely helpful, nice and very patient during the process. The letters arrived in about two weeks without damage. I ordered the solid acrylic because I live in an area with extreme weather conditions. They came with a protective film on them to peel off after installation. I also used an exterior grade adhesive to attach the letters to the wood sign. I am planning on using them again in the near future.

The process has been completely seamless from start to finish, due to her special attention to me and the vision we had here. She answered my emails in a very timely fashion, gave great suggestions, and was genuine and passionate about making sure I had all the information I needed for us to make the most informed decisions. The letters came out exactly as we had envisioned, and fit perfectly in both size and color we were looking for. We are very pleased with the final product, and would like to commend the outstanding customer service that was provided. Thank you, Jenni and CraftCuts!!
