I highly recommend you for anyone looking for a doctor that listens, a doctor that takes the necessary time to effectively communicate the situation. You not only communicated effectively with myself but with my husband and that I appreciate from the bottom of my heart. I truly appreciated your attention to every detail to ease my mind. Lastly and most importantly a phenomenal surgeon. I couldn't have asked for a smoother recovery. Each day that has gone by I have been stronger and progressed to getting back to myself. I sought out a second opinion after seeing a Urologist that I was not impressed with. I like the independence of this doctor's practice, not being allied to or employed by a hospital system. Dr. Heiner is very personable and takes time to discuss your issue. He also performs screening tests such as a urine sample and bladder sonogram in addition to his physical exam and interview. His office works with you financially. I am very pleased to have found him and won't be going to see anyone else!

Fantastic experience. I was a little worried at first. Dr Heiner is awesome and even sent a handwritten card after the operation,who does that? Great service, in and out in 20 minutes. Would recommend to anyone!!!!!!

I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Heiner. He has great bedside manner, thorough explanations, a little sense of humor, and comforting care. All in all, I would return.
