It is well known integrity as a core in a People-Serving business will produce quality fruit. I find that the folks I've worked with this year (2021) purchasing 2 new Ford vehicles demonstrate and prove the values Kendall company owners and leaders hold to. Being respected enough to be treated fairly, honestly and sincerely will not only generate my repeat business, but referrals and recommendations.
I would add that from purchase (kudos, Mike Parr!) through service, including a great Quick-Lube service (shout out to Brandon!) my questions and issues are honestly and sincerely addressed. As a now retired Transportation business operations manager I lived the fact that my customers preferred to work with my honest issues and problems when executing for them rather then scrambling to overcome 'unexpected' delays or failures, feeling let down because of misleading explanations and excuses. Honesty is hard especially in a world lacking character and responsible function we are seeing all around us.
Since automotive purchasing and service are People Service functions, the relationship developed endures issues if honesty is core. Kendall Executes here. Trust, hard to develop and easily broken has become a big part of my experience with Kendall Ford in Meridian. Proof is in the eating of the pudding; I've enjoyed 2 new vehicle purchases this year with them and personally can testify of honesty, sincerity and truly a rewarding experience with them. I think Kendall Ford will fairly be associated with Integrity here in Idaho for a long time. Not a fluffy compliment but a genuinely earned vote of confidence.
We had the pleasure of working with Fernando Lopez, we were speaking with him quite a while before we actually made our purchase. He was super laid back and willing to help and kept us updated on any inventory that they had recently gotten in that fit our search. He wasn’t pushy or eager to make a sale and we appreciate that very much! Finally he landed us on a great economic car a 15 Honda Civic with low miles, perfect for our long commutes. Thanks again Fernando and the team at Kendall Used cars for the easy and great experience!! 10/10 would by from them again!
I haven't bought a car from a dealership since 2008. I never figured I would again but fate landed me here. I'm not stranger to buying vehicles though.
Go in with confidence and ask for Fernando. He's amazing and keeps everything super streamlined/low pressure. I'd already chatted budget/ needs with him and he had the perfect truck lined up to show us.
Would highly recommend. We signed the paperwork with John in finance. We were paying cash so financing didn't come into play but he's awesome too!
Staff here are friendly and helpful. Yes they are salesman but not the kind kind you dread talking to. They give you your space when you need it and truly help you get what you're looking for. Good sense of humors which I can really appreciate. I just bought a truck from them and Brett helped me out. Love my new ride and I appreciate all these guys did for me. Jeff the finance guy broke things down for me and made it simple and real. I look forward to continuing my relationship with these dudes as I need service on my truck. Start at Kendall Ford and you wont have to go any where else!
UPDATE: I have serviced my vehicle a few times and have had a great experience. Nathan always takes care of me in the service dept. Still maintaining that 5 star status!
The salesman and finance person were both very helpful. The salesman answered several texts promptly. I did not feel pressure to buy except that there was another couple interested in the same truck. Not unusual when there are good used vehicles for sale. I will certainly recommend Kendall to others. The company did miss a prime customer satisfaction opportunity when they did not replace the 2.5 to 2 inch hitch adapter that is usually found in the truck. The salesman followed up after this was posted and answered another of my questions. Nice service. The good service has continued for repair (chipmunks and wiring) as well as routine servicing.
The service department provided excellent repair work when a vibration developed in the front end of my truck. Good diagnosis, timely completion, friendly and helpful service writer.
