From an owner POV, this is a great company to deal with. We chose ProCore because of the positive reviews. I wanted to make sure someone was representing us well and also going to be there for the tenant when they have a need. I have communicated with Carrie many times and she is always quick to get back to me when I have a question or something comes up. She is responsive at communicating with both myself and the tenant. Having ProCore manage our property has been a great experience so far. Thanks Carrie (and ProCore team).
I recently moved out of a property that I rented from ProCore in Nampa. The move out process was simple and easy. While living there I used their rental app to pay rent and put in maintenance requests and never had any issue. Repairs were doing in a timely manner and never had to be redone. During an annual inspection in my 1st year with them I met Richard(owner) who was very polite and professional. After he left he paid out of his own pocket to send a cleaning company to help me touch up the place to 'Good as New" because I was struggling with my disability. During the move out they respected my health issues and did not force any walk-throughs so I was able to keep safe from the pandemic which I am in the higher risk category. Today I just got my deposit return and it was a very nice boost because they gave almost the entire deposit back. I was nervous about moving out because I read the bad reviews but here is a good one that is from the heart.

Best property management company by far. Richard and Katie "owners" are some of the most honest people I've crossed paths with.
Procore is responsive to requests and concerns. The management is respectful. It's not five stars because it seemed like something was wrong with the portal when it came to requests with repairs. The issue seemed to be that we would make a request and Procore couldn't see it. This was 6 months ago so they might have improved the portal since then. If you would text or call them about the concern, they would address it.
