They even helped us out after the purchase of our home and didn’t leave us in the dust. In addition, Josh is very honest and will give you a straight answer. He is very knowledgeable about the area, how they build houses, and the builders in the area. If you’re looking for a home in the Boise area, he’s one of the best!

He closed on the first house we put on offer on and calmed me through all my stressing out. He was extremely professional and kind every step up the way.
