Me and my wife are brand new home owners and new to Idaho. When we learned the water here contained all kinds of fun ingredients we were shocked. We called around to different companies but found Idaho Water Solutions to be the most professional and kind on the phone out of everyone. We immediately made an appointment and had one of the reps visit our house. He immediately impressed us with his no pressure sales tactic and slowly walked us through every step of the process. With there 10 year warranty on the product, pride in veterans (if your a veteran you get a discount), and experienced staff - we knew right then and there we wanted to go with them. We scheduled a time and they came out and masterfully installed the water softener. A few days later a small leak started ( a few drips from a line) we called and the next day a technician was at our house and fixed it immediately. They stand by there work! If you go with anyone else good luck. If I ever buy another house and need a water softener you can bet your as$ I'm calling Water Idaho Solutions!
