Owyhee Oral & Facial Surgery

Dr. Kilcuts has exquisitely refined technical and surgical skills that ameliorate the most harrowing of dental procedures. She brings a gentleness to a surgical field that has not been recognized much for its compassion or focus on patient comfort. She and her surgical assistant work as if they were a single person with four hands. Much of the in-the-mouth apparatus has somehow been eliminated, and there was little discomfort associated with a recent extraction. She is certainly a welcomed presence in the Treasure Valley.

Had to have emergency oral surgery and Dr Malan and staff were amazing. I’m thankful to have been in such good hands. They helped keep me calm and comfortable for my entire visit.
Their new facility is state of the art.
Which just made the experience that much better. Highly recommend!

It was amazing staff was so kind, and fun. Dr. Malan was so fun and he did my surgery and I had no issues after, it was a quick and effective procedure 10/10!

Owyhee Oral Surgery and Dr. O’Brien in particular, are great. My husband, daughter and I have all had oral surgery needs in the last year and we couldn’t be happier with our outcomes. Not only were they much more affordable than other surgery centers in town, they also had an awesome bedside manner and after care, checking in with us the evening of the surgery. Dr. O’Brien also communicated with our orthodontist to ensure the plan laid out for my future implant/braces is logical and cost effective. Highly recommend!

Our visit to Owyhee Oral and Facial Surgery in Meridian was for a dental consultation. The office staff was pleasant and very professional. The front office greeting made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. We were somewhat pleased and surprised after meeting with Dr. Tim O'Brien DDS MD that he suggested proceeding with the extraction immediately if my husband and I were comfortable with that choice. A complicated medical background and cervical dystonia will not allow my husband to raise his head to a normal position making opening his mouth very difficult. The doctors' very gentle, excellent technique and dental expertise completed the extraction very quickly. So swiftly that I was astonished when his assistant Becky told my husband that he could now close his mouth, they were done.
In less than one hour after meeting Dr. Tim O'Brien, we were on our way back home. Dr. O'Brien followed up a couple of hours later by phoning to check and see how my husband was doing and also to encouraged us to call or text him personally if we had any further questions or concerns.
