Quality Appliance

Left a message on Saturday when they were closed, and had a callback at 8:15 am on Monday. My problem had resolved, but Lisa (?) was super pleasant, and answered my questions about service calls. I WILL call them when I do need service. It’s very difficult to find companies willing to service the outer reaches of Malheur county.

The gal scheduling made clear the costs and potential costs and got me scheduled within a couple days. The guy who did the repair Nate was also up front on potential costs and quickly fixed the issue. They also explained they have a one month period where they will come fix it again for free if the same issue arises.

I am always comforted by the work that Quality Appliance does. They are able to quickly and easily diagnose the appliance's problem and provide me with a reasonable time estimate. The communication is great (even if I am not a fan of the robo-caller appointment reminder). Roland is great at his work and I trust him fully with my appliances.

I am giving this business 5 stars. The quality of work was exceptional. He arrived on time and called ahead to let me know he was coming. He was very careful to cover my wood floors and not damage anything. The office was very professional when I called and contacted LG the very day I called and let me know it was all covered. They do warranty work for LG and he was very familiar with my model. The parts took about a week to be ordered but I was willing to wait due to the fact they would be replacing the compressors with Authentic LG new and improved parts. I’m always happy to support local businesses and family owned. I don’t normally leave reviews but due to the fact I received great service I wanted to offer my support.
