Idaho Spine and Sports Physical Therapy Meridian

I developed a knee problem that forced me to stop running, so I decided to give PT a try. I went to Idaho Spine and Sports Physical Therapy because they were located close to my work and had early morning appointments. Jeff and Zac helped me understand where my knee pain was coming from and they developed a plan to get me back to pre-injury condition. I'm now running without pain and my knee feels stronger than before!

Hopefully I don't, but if I have PT needs in the future I'll go see Jeff and his staff at Idaho Spine and Sports PT - Meridian.

The most empathetic and hilarious group of therapists and assistants I’ve ever had. They are very Veteran friendly and get to know the whole you so they can treat you not just a spot on you. Even my teenager loved coming here for her therapy. Zac, Jeff and Ashley are the best in the valley.

I have never been a fan of physical therapy, I just have not seen the benifits in the past, from other places I have gone to before. But after seeing Jeff, I have completely changed my views of physical therapy. I can physically see the changes in my knee as we work at breaking up the mess I made with my cartilage, as well as feel the difference to. And the atmosphere, and the staff is great. They always have a positive attitude, and always make the time spent there fun.... I mean if you have to work through pain, and do workouts, it might as well be enjoyable! They also listen to your concerns and to how you are feeling, they strive for you to push yourself, but not to the point that you are causing yourself more pain. I will never go to a different physical therapist after going here, this place is hands down the best!

Jeff and Zac are the best! I have been having low back issues for years. Finally made the decision to try PT. Greatest choice I have made in regard to my long term physical health. I am seeing improvements that I never thought I would see! The atmosphere is fun and light hearted, you can tell they really care. Very thankful that I found them. RESPONSE: Well as a 6 year chiropractic patient I realized that without the specific therapy (tissue work, exercises.etc.) that I could only get so much improvement. That if I didn't find a way to get to the "core" of the problem, I would only re-inure myself or worse yet, end up with surgery. It wasn't that I didn't know I needed to explore other options, unfortunately it just one more injury to catapult me into seeking someone out. I love my chiropractor, and continue to use that modality, but that is only part of the solution. I am still a work in progress (aren't we all!), but I finally feel as though I will have a stronger base on which to build thanks to physical therapy and this will help my adjustments hold longer. :-)
