My experience with Brio Body Center was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist was helpful and my consultation with Dr. Brewer was great. His diagnosis was spot on and his prescription has been effective. I will be going back.

I went to brio in desperate need of a change in my life. As a mom I had put myself in the back burner for years. I was the last thing I even thought of caring for. With all the noise on social media and my own thoughts on diet, nutrition and exercise I felt lost. Enter Dr Brewer! I went in for a consultation not knowing to what to expect but before I knew it I felt a new sense of possibility for myself. That I could matter to myself again. Four months of following the wise words and program of Dr Brewer and I’m 40lbs down and feeling incredible! I feel like I use to and I’m a better person in all aspects of my life!

Brio Body Center had the answers to my diet questions. After 10 mo. of targeted eating and exercise, I couldn’t lose that last bit of fat on my tummy, thighs, and arms. My diet is adjusted for optimal results. I use light therapy for stubborn fat cell elimination, and vibration therapy for lymphatic drainage. I lost 11lbs, and two sizes in jeans, and it has stayed off, because I continue appropriate eating habits. I eagerly await my wellness protocol supplements to minimize internal inflammation. I will keep you posted on that!!

I’m so happy I found this place and took a chance on the special they offered , I wasn’t sure what to expect , but thought what the heck I’ll give it a try :) I originally went in for my face starting to show my age and have been told by my friends that laser tx can help , BUT I got so much more ! I had developed some extra fluff do to my lack of exercise and sugar intake , and thought cool it’s a whole body session why not !? The Dr did a detailed exam prior and I found that information so helpful also measurements , he also informed me of the different reasons he offers this treatment which was interesting . After my 20 min session , he re measured me again and said I lost about 1 inch , I didn’t notice right way but by day 5 , I noticed my jeans fit better , my scrub pants a little looser , but what I noticed to my surprise was my mood was happier !!!the laser can help with seasonal light depression , I usually don’t have that but suffer with depression all year , I’m so happy I did this I signed up for more , I’m excited all the way around , oh and he also helps with understanding the foods you eat and how it affects your body !!!
