My wife and I have been working with Samantha Stevens since she helped us buy our first investment property in the Treasure Valley in 2014. Since then she has helped us purchase several additional investment properties. Samantha is experienced, highly knowledgeable and very responsive. Her advice has always been spot on. I recently sold (for a nice profit) one of the properties that I bought with her a few years ago. We live in New Jersey so we had to do everything remotely. Samantha handled every detail of getting the house ready for sale, contractors, etc. and had it staged perfectly. We followed her advice on pricing and sold the house within a few days, in the middle of the Covid-19 outbreak. I was concerned about the timing but she helped us make the right call and we had a very smooth transaction. I have to say Sheila Wickstrom is FABULOUS! I rented from her and the Capital Group for 3 years and had absolutely no issues. Then when it came time to purchase a home, I used Sheila again. Throughout the entire process she was constant, available and willing to do whatever needed done. Due to my personal situation, my financing and home buying required a little extra "finesse" and Sheila worked all angels, all hours and explored all options to make the purchase of a new home for me and my three children a reality. I cannot recommend her enough, if you are looking for a home, she should be your first call!!

Renting from Capital Group has been amazing! Sheila and Breanna have always been attentive to any and all situations. Not only are they friendly, but they are on top of it. It's clear the two make a power team and compliment each other well. I believe they have great communication and strong teamwork. There was a time that Sheilas husband came to repair our kitchen when the vendors fell through. Not too mention on Thanksgiving, a major section of our kitchen went out, while we had a house full of people. Even then when we weren't very nice due to stressful circumstances, they remained professional and even offered to bring personal coolers until the refrigerator was replaced. Life happens, it is not their fault, and still they offer to go above and beyond. I would recommend this company to everyone. Our house went on market and we found another house, unfortunately it's not with Capital. If an opportunity arose in the future, I'd rent with them in a heartbeat.
