I went to see Dr. Michael Taylor a Urologist June 1st 2021. I was having constant urination, sleep deprivation, and constant pain on my right side. Dr. Taylor Referred me to April Morrison PT, DPT. When April called me I told her I didn't think therapy could help me. I agree to try and then missed a few appointments she scheduled. I was in a depressive state, I lost hope I would ever feel good again! I think April knew this! April had the knowledge to watch me walk, asked questions and explained her diagnosis. I had a Right Posterior Pelvic Tilt and she could help me and align it! I was like WHAT!! From the moment when she did her magic, my bladder, urination pain was gone!! I was committed to becoming whole after that! Its been 3 months and I am pain free, my body is working correctly and I feel Great! April has truly been a blessing and I can't thank her enough! :) I am so grateful for her persistent, her patience and never giving up trying to help me.

Pregnant with my first child and experiencing back pain that made simple tasks like walking seem impossible, April was my lifesaver! I've always had sporadic back pain and just tolerated it or taken Aleve for pain relief. But having experienced the pain while early in my pregnancy and unable to take pain medications, I knew I needed a different solution if I was to survive to delivery. I was referred to April and it was the best experience. The exercises and movements she taught me were simple and effective enough that I was able to continue them through my whole pregnancy. I would have been a lot less mobile and likely on bed rest by the end of my pregnancy, had it not been for April's assistance. Instead I was able to remain active and delivered a healthy 10lb baby boy! I will definitely return to Destinations Physical Therapy for any future PT needs.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. April! She takes the time to explain everything you want to know, is a great listener, and her warm, compassionate nature always has me looking forward to our visits. Dr. April's therapy has literally changed my life, and I am so thankful!

I've been so impressed with April and how she has helped me over come the Peeze (Stress urinary incontinence). I have been competing for many years in rodeo and since I have had my child over 16 years ago I have had this issue of peeing when I ride my horses. April was so professional in walking me through what was happening and why. I'm happy to say 2 months later I'm finally able to ride my horse without an issue. I would highly recommend April to anyone.
