(March 4, 2022, 1:24 am)Staff spent an hour with me and Diesel last week to ensure I got my super allergy dog the best fitting food. Diesel loves his new food and is no longer red and itchy. With the new food I was able to find out his old food had a formula change which added a artificial ingredient that primarily causes severe skin irritation. The new food is all natural and Diesel loves the flavor. Will see them soon for a bigger bag. Thank you!
(January 4, 2022, 5:30 pm)I read the reviews, so I thought I’d try this locally owned pet supply store. My review of my 1st time in this store is, the owners are awesome and very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I will be a faithful customer from here forward!
(December 15, 2020, 2:42 pm)I visited H3 Pet Foods last weekend on my way home from a vet appointment. All the employees were extremely friendly, and I spent some time speaking to a woman who I believe was the owner. I told her I had just found out my dog had to go in for surgery to have a mass removed, and she told me to keep her posted on how it went, and gave me a hug. I think it was the first hug I've gotten from a stranger since March and was extremely nice that she cared so much about me (a stranger) and my dog. (We were both wearing masks) I have visited there several times before and always had good service, but after this experience I plan on making the time to do as much of my pet supply shopping as I can, and support this wonderful local business.
