Great bank. I like how nice the staff is. Always asking how things are going and carrying on with small talk is always welcome.

Not only is ICCU the absolute best Bank/Credit Union in the U.S. but this is by far my favorite branch. I'm local to Idaho and I left for Portland for 7 years. I never left ICCU due to how easily you can handle your banking needs online and on the app. Now that I'm back in Idaho, out of the 4-5 branches I have gone to, this is by far the best branch in Idaho. I am greeted the moment I walk in, no matter how busy it is. I would say 9 times out of 10 its not just a greeting, it's a, "Hello Eric! We will be with you in just a moment" They know me and I feel that they truly care. They are the Nordstrom of banking.

Very good bank. I'm happy with the service and staff. Room for improvement in knowledge of staff. I often feel like I'm working with someone who is fairly new in their job.
