  Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in Southwest Ada County, Boise, ID.
  Steph did an outstanding job of finding the right house in the right part of town for the right price. I had specific needs for my family and did not see the house until I moved in. Yep, all the back and forth, pictures were taken, personal inspections ( I lost count at 10) Steph did while I was out of town. She also pointed out the roof needed repair and helped me get a good discount on the sales price. So my recommendation is I bought a house unseen solely on Stephs' approval and it worked out great. She also does not forget you after the sale. She keeps in touch and I get really great coupons on deals in the Boise area and have used most of them. Thanks, Steph
