Kathy Chambers - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have recently moved to Idaho. We had to get car, house and life insurance. Kathy 's response in helping us with this was immediate. We were up and running with this in days. Also we had all our retirement with State Farm in another state. She helped in getting it transferred and had the correct address so I did not miss any statements. I have called with questions on our IRA's and she answers clearly and does not get off the phone until I fully understand. She gives educated individual attention. We are extremely happy to be working with Kathy.

Prior to my move to Boise I did some research online to find a State Farm agent in Idaho to handle the transfer of my policies. Fortunately, I contacted Kathy Chambers first, and after a few minutes on the phone, I knew I had found a great agent. Kathy took care of everything related to my home, auto and umbrella policies before I arrived in Boise, and later provided helpful advice on scheduling an appointment with the Ada County DMV. Kathy is very responsive, knows her business, and is wonderful to work with. Great agents like Kathy are why I’ve been a State Farm client for more than 40 years!

Kathy Chambers is the single best insurance agent we have ever had, and we've worked with many. She explained the products that best meet our needs at this stage in our lives. She helped us understand how life insurance policies work over time. Incredibly, she follows up with her clients every year to review the policies and any changing needs.
