I love Borron , they have always been amazing to me & my husband. I read the complaints of a couple of ex patients saying they don’t listen & are judgmental if you are over weight. My husband & I are both over weight & not just 20 pounds, they have ALWAYS listened to us & have been nothing but caring & supportive of us. They are great listeners & really care about our whole health , mental & physically. They’ve been our doctors for 10 years & will continue to be. Love every provider, nurse & office staff.
Great office staff, individual personal medical care from caring practitioners. They treat the whole person, always meeting my needs and the needs of my family. We are always treated with dignity and respect, as a mixed family we haven't always had that with other medical experiences in the past. I have never had a negative interaction with anyone at Borron Family Medicine, only positive healing and uplifting therapeutic relations.
On 12/7/2016, I went into this Primary Health thinking I had strep throat and my diagnosis was:
"You have been diagnosed today with Acute Viral Pharynigits. Your symptoms are due to a pesky virus that invade the mucosal membranes in the back of your throat. Luckily, this virus can be treated without exposing you to the harmful effects of antibiotics. Please be vigilant in washing your hands throughout the day and avoid close contact with others until your symptoms improve. You may use over the counter Tylenol every 8 hours to treat fever and/or discomfort. Please return with any other concerns."
I was told doctors are only 60% accurate is differentiating between strep and this virus. Well, my symptoms got a lot worse. I slept 18 hours, my tonsils were the size of kiwis, my tonsils looked like they were rotting (and smelled like it too), breathing hurt, my blood pumping hurt. It was bad enough I considered going to the hospital. I went into Borron Family Medicine and they told me Primary Health doesn't do cultures to test for strep, and they only test for one strain of strep. Brookney Borron ended up prescribing me medicine and I feel much better already, after a single day of treatment.
Unless its an ABSOLUTE DIRE emergency, DO NOT go to primary health. They cut corners and make you pay for the consequences. Go to Borron Family Medicine instead.
