She is always friendly, knowlegeable and so very helpful with making sure my glasses fit correctly. I have prisms in my glasses and am always showing up at the office to have them frames adjusted as the minute my frame is not sitting right I am not seeing right. Char is always available to get them corrected. No one else at either clinic does it right but Char. I told Char I will follow her if she were ever to leave Dr Kent....Which I sincerely hope she doesn't!!”
