“I had the greatest experience with ProCare. I needed to have my scooter fixed as it would not run. They were not only able to fix that problem but were able modify my scooter to accommodate my height. There was a few scratches I asked if they could possibly fix in process they made a blemish on it that would not come out. I told the Owner that it was fine. “This Primary Health is awesome. The doctors, PA's, nurses and medical assistants and office staff are professional, kind and knowledgeable. We never have issues getting an appointment and the wait for urgent care is almost nothing. If you go in there, ask for Amanda and tell her what an awesome job she does. She is a miracle worker when it comes to dealing with insurance and referrals to specialists. She has handled our notoriously difficult insurance company on many occasions and taken a huge stress away. This office understands the value and meaning of customer service and what a great bedside manner is really about.”
